Seller not willing to replace right away. They want my help to make it happen.Lid came off during transit and all of the honey spilled out into box.
Hi Kevin,
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and truly wanted to make this right for you.
As shared in our messages, we were more than happy to offer a replacement or refund, and we simply requested photos of how the item arrived. This is a standard step we follow for all customers so we can properly document issues and process claims fairly.
From the carrier’s proof of delivery, the package appeared intact, but we cannot fully assess what happened without seeing the exact condition of the item upon arrival. That’s why we kindly asked for photos before moving forward.
We always aim to treat every customer fairly and consistently, and we stand by our process to ensure both our customers and our small business are protected.
We’re still open to resolving this if you’d like to provide the requested information.
For transparency, we have also attached screenshots of our email responses regarding this matter, so customers can see the steps we took to try and resolve the issue.

the honey has a funny taste to it does not taste good
Hi Robert,
Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know.
One thing about honey is that its taste can vary quite a bit depending on where it comes from. Since our honey is raw wildflower honey from North Carolina, the flavor reflects the different flowers the bees forage from in our area. Things like the season, weather, and local plants all play a role, so honey from one region can taste very different from honey produced somewhere else.
For example, some wildflower honey can be lighter and more mild, while others can have a stronger, more earthy or floral taste. Because it’s a natural product, there’s always some variation.
That said, we’re really sorry that the flavor wasn’t to your preference. We understand everyone has a certain taste they’re used to, especially if you’ve been buying honey from a specific source for a while.
If you have any questions or would like help finding something that might suit your taste better, we’re always happy to help.
Thank you again for giving our honey a try.
I have started using honey for sweetening and have purchased it from various beekeepers. Your tastes one of the best!
I was concerned about the quality, because you are the first I purchased, not near where I live. I don’t have that reservation any longer.
It was recieved in perfect condition and you packing was really good.
I have not opened jar yet, but it looks very appealing. Will open it today to trasnsfer to my serving containers and naturally taste it.
I'm liking it. It looks clean, packaged well, and I can't wait to taste it.
