What is the minimum order requirement?

Our minimum order quantity for retail-sized items is 12 pieces per item. Wholesale pricing will reflect once you enter 12 or more in the quantity field.

How do I know if I have wholesale access?

You should have received a confirmation email stating that your wholesale account has been approved. Once approved, simply log in using the email you applied with to access wholesale pricing.

The prices are still showing retail. What should I do?

First, make sure you applied and received approval for a wholesale account.

Second, confirm that you are logged in using the exact email that was approved.

Third, wholesale pricing will automatically reflect once you enter a quantity of 12 or more per item, which is our minimum order requirement for retail-sized wholesale products.

Why aren’t the gallon orders included in the wholesale order form?

Our 1-gallon and 5-gallon sizes are considered bulk items. Their pricing is already set at the lowest bulk rate we can sustainably offer. Because of this, they do not follow the same quantity tier system as our retail-sized wholesale products.
