I was a little hesitant to order 5 gallons of honey for the first time from someone I didn't know. I've been getting local honey here in Oregon for decades but they stopped selling a couple of years ago. The Little Beekeeper honey is wonderful and so is their service!
Just received 5 gallons of wildflower honey. It is very clean and quite mild in taste, but very pleasant. I already have a large fermenter with a pear/plum mead under way using it. Should be fantastic, will order again.
