This is some of the worst honey I've ever tasted. The saddest part of this is that I blended it with the honey from my hives, and now it tastes terrible. I don't know if this bucket was placed in a warehouse at 120 degrees for 8 months until they sold it this year, or what. Avoid at all costs (unless you want your small business ruined).

I like the honey it's got good flavor. It will take me a while to eat 5 gallons but will reorder in the future.

I have ordered several gallons of honey from them and have always been very pleased. Of course, the taste changes a little due to the flowers blooming at the time, but I am always happy with the product.

Tastes great, lots of flavor notes in there. Light and sweet. Only heated to 100F per the company , so it can be poured. This preserves the nutrients and enzymes, other companies heat to 120F and more and still call it raw. Gotta check! Thanks again!

I was a little hesitant to order 5 gallons of honey for the first time from someone I didn't know. I've been getting local honey here in Oregon for decades but they stopped selling a couple of years ago. The Little Beekeeper honey is wonderful and so is their service!

Just received 5 gallons of wildflower honey. It is very clean and quite mild in taste, but very pleasant. I already have a large fermenter with a pear/plum mead under way using it. Should be fantastic, will order again.
