Very good flavor mild with a good elder berry flavor
Very good flavor mild with a good elder berry flavor. Seems a little thinner than other honey but it is like a really thick syrup. We will be buying more.

The first thing that was great is that the honey arrived safe and intact
The first thing that was great is that the honey arrived safe and intact. After unpacking I tasted the honey and it was very fluid and consistent besides tasting wonderful. It is rich in flavor yet light enough to not overpower the taste of other foods.
