I wasn't that sold on the taste it had no honey taste and it tasted like koro syrup.it way to thick to be honey induced with elderberry.sorry but you did ask my oppion. I probably will buy from you again but not the infused with elderberry.

I will only use Lil Bee honey for my fermented garlic, oxymels and fermented pineapple!!
This product did not smell like pure honey.... it has a consistency like some other sweetener was added to it like corn syrup.

The first thing that was great is that the honey arrived safe and intact. After unpacking I tasted the honey and it was very fluid and consistent besides tasting wonderful. It is rich in flavor yet light enough to not overpower the taste of other foods.
Been pollen was very good. Using it for my dog for allergies and it helped withina week of using. He ate it in his food with no problems. We will be repeat customers.
