All our ingredients are organic expect the honey. Our honey is local and therefore can't be deemed organic because we don't tell our bees what pollen to collect. We, however, do use a non-chemical approach with the care of our bees.

About the Product

Crystallization is a natural process that happens when honey cools or when it has a high glucose content. Don't worry—it's perfectly normal and doesn't affect the quality or taste of the honey! To return it to its liquid state, simply place the jar in a warm water bath (about 100°F) and stir gently until the crystals dissolve. Avoid overheating to preserve the natural goodness of the honey. Enjoy! 🍯😊

Our honey should be stored at room temperature in a cool, dry place. There’s no need to refrigerate it. If it crystallizes, simply warm the jar in hot water to restore its liquid form.

Our elderberry syrup can be stored at room temperature until opened. Once opened, please refrigerate it to maintain its freshness. It will be good for 60 days after opening.

Yes! We use honey from our own hives until supplies run low, then source honey from trusted local beekeepers within our community to ensure quality and consistency. 🍯

The recommended dosage for elderberry syrup is 1 tablespoon per day for general wellness. Each tablespoon contains about 1600 mg of elderberry.


If you're feeling sick, you can increase the dosage to 1 tablespoon every 4 hours until you're feeling better.
