I have noticed that after several days of taking just 1 tablespoon each morning that those afternoon sleeping episodes were partially done so I will continue my routine should last approximately 90 days, GRANDPA JOHN
The honey is just fine. On this order the box got beat up a bit in transit but thanks to the peanuts the bottle was unharmed. I make mead with it and it works wonderfully.
