The honey is obviously watered down to increase the volume of sales. This however directly impacts their products quality. We bothe tried the honey and immediately stated the same thing "water added" you can easily tell. Taste is really pleasant. It is to bad you are more concerned with "volume " in sales than quality. Honey is naturally very"very thick"
